Tom's answer to why Dunleavy should be Fired

First off, the dunce's offense is extremely predictable and boring. He's a control freak and controls EVERY shot. This doesn't allow the players to play their games, especially when the opportunities present themselves during the game.

The dunce also could quite possibly be the worst at making in-game adjustments. Opposing coaches continually change things up during games and the dunce does nothing to counter.

To make matters worse, when the game is on the line and the team needs the dunce to see something and call a play that will get a bucket, he's absolutely horrible. Probably the least clutch coach in the entire league year after year.

Then there's his many infinite player personell blunders:

Korolev- absolutely terrible pick, we needed a shooter like Granger and the reason the Clips had to take Gordon with this pick this year is cause the dunce F-ed up 3 years ago here.

Livy- too frail to ever reach his potential. The dunce gambled here and the Clips are still paying the price cause again, they could have taken Ben Gordon here and thus had their shooter once again.

Mobley- total panic move when Kobe didn't sign. Like Kobe was really going to come to the Clips over the Lakers, dream on dunce.

T2- a complete waste of space if you ask me. He shows up one out of every 5-6 games and even then he doesn't play any D and get no boards, something the 4 should bring not stand at the 3 point line all game.

Ross- the dunces infatuation with Ross baffles nearly everyone not names the dunce or ACD. A shooting guard that can't shoot and forgot how to play D, so let's give him more minutes. Typical Dunce.

Point guards- the dunce is responsible for an extremely long list of points that were among the worst to ever play in the NBA. I'd name them all here I think we all know who I am talking about. (Brunson...)

Randolph and Camby- More panic moves after Brand left, costing the Clips a lot of money.

Then there's the mishandling of Corey that cost the Clips the last Playoff spot two years ago. His treatment of Corey was petty and childish, and this alone should have cost him his job.

His past is terrible as well. From the 17 point 4th quater WC Finals comeback for the Lakers against his Portland team, not playing Jermaine O'neal and under achieving everywhere he's gone.

Ask Buck fans how the GM/coach combo went.

Not that he's credible but, Rasheed Wallace still yells at him for screwing up their team.

No one wants to play for him. Baron will find this out soon. UPDATE:(This was written before the season, I was right along with Maggette about BD and the Dunce)
